Because of the nature of the K-12 environment, our employees are subjected to rigorous safety and training procedures. All applicants are required to pass a criminal background check and may be subjected to pre-employment drug screening. All employees are trained by GCA management and are required to wear uniform shirts for identification. All GCA employees are subject to random security inspections.
