 Mr. Norton is the President, Chairman and CEO of GCA Services Group. Prior to joining GCA, he was the Chairman and CEO of Florist Transworld Delivery, Inc. (FTD), a leading provider of floral services and products worldwide. Under his leadership, FTD more than doubled revenues and profitability while working with a domestic network of 20,000 florists and another 35,000 florists worldwide to deliver floral products the same day throughout the world. Mr. Norton's broad experience with leading international brands and core focus on customer satisfaction will enable GCA to continue to exceed customer expectation and provide leadership in the growing facility services management sector.
He has also held various senior management positions with Sherwin Williams (paint related products) and JoAnn Stores, Inc. (large retailer of fabric and craft related products). Mr. Norton received a B.S. from Cleveland State University in 1973. |
