Greg Seefeldt and Glen Kucera join GCA Services Group
Greg Seefeldt has joined GCA Services Group as Commercial Vice President Sales and Marketing. Greg comes to GCA Services from the Cintas Corporation where he has spent the last 10 years of his career in sales. Greg joined Cintas in 1998 just after graduating from the University of Buffalo with a degree in Business Administration. After starting with Cintas in the Sales Training program, Greg had been promoted to progressively more responsible positions of Sales Manager in Syracuse, NY, Sales Director for the Southwest Region and his most recent role of Director of Sales for the Southwest and Central Plaines Group. In this role Greg managed a sales team of 100 sales personnel and was responsible for $350 million in annual revenue. Greg possesses strong leadership skills in managing and motivating sales teams. He has a history for turning around sales territories and maximizing profitability. Greg and his family will be relocating to Cleveland, OH from Houston, TX.
Glen Kucera joins GCA Services Group as Region President - Commercial West. Glen comes to GCA Services from SASCO, one of the largest electrical contractors in the US. While at SASCO, Glen held the position of Chief Operating Officer and was charged with turning around a then struggling business. In doing so he redeveloped the sales and operations strategy to stress differentiation and experienced substantial growth, as well as improved overall profitability from break-even to double digit EBT%. Prior to SASCO Glen spent 15 years with Wagner International, a leading supplier of paint application equipment. As Wagner grew through acquisition Glen was given opportunities to run different divisions of the company as a President and to integrate the acquisitions into the existing business structure. Glen started his career with KPMG in 1986 after graduating from the University of North Dakota in Business and Accounting and earned a CPA in 1987. Glen will be based in the San Jose, CA office.
